I can't believe that it's September 1st already! VERY SAD!

I love the way the buds look before they're opened.
I was asked to make a blanket for Rachel Alexandra (horse) for a race she's in at Saratoga this weekend. It's made of velvet, which is VERY difficult to work with. Naturally Huck loved the feel of it and kept messing it up, rolling in it and biting it!
I got out the spray bottle and gave him a few squirts. Problem solved!
