I went to a few garage sales today. I got a beautiful lamp for the living room from Mrs. Auschler. She wanted $10 for it but the daughter told me $7. So I said great! Mrs. Auschler was sad that she was actually selling it. It was her mother's lamp. It started as a Japanese Vase and her mother had it made into a lamp. She loved that lamp. I promised that I would take very good care of it!

I went to the beach with Kris today. It was a beautiful day. We got into Field 6 but it was PACKED! The water was crystal and a beautiful shade of blue. A perfect day!

Aug 13thToday was a lazy day not getting much accomplished. Some times you just need a day to do NOTHING!
