Today is one of those days where you just want to relax and not accomplish much. We have volleyball and softball tonight so I know we'll be moving later.... unless the thunderstorms hit here as predicted. Alyssa made us lunch today. She made 2 grilled cheese sandwiches using Borden's new cheeses... Sun-dried Tomato and Basil and the Bacon Cheddar. She cut them in half so we could each have 1/2 of each so we could try them. The bacon and cheddar one was good and I would have been very pleased with it but the sun-dried tomato and basil one ...
how do you say OMG??!!! It was so delicious! That simple sandwich could be a best seller at diners across America!
They make an Applewood Smoked Pepperjack also which I was told was very good.
