Scott competed in the Rhode Island Triathlon today. He has been training a lot in the last few weeks (except the swimming). Alyssa and I kept in touch through lots of texts. She kept me informed as to what was happening live and I was telling her what the live feed on the internet said. It was a lot of fun. Scott did great! He came in 365th out of 1702! He beat his time overall by ONE HOUR! He did the swim 1.2 miles, the bike 56 miles and run 13 miles in 5 hours and 7 minutes.

Scott mad because they're stuck in tons of traffic coming home and he needs to get to volleyball!
He got home around 7:00 PM and went straight to Jones Beach where he had to play 3 volleyball games to compete in the 'final'. They won one out of three games so they came in second place. They played awesone. We were VERY impressed! It was quite a long day for Scott!
